Social Security Disability Criteria Please Help With This Stat Problem?

Please help with this stat problem? - social security disability criteria

Please teach me to make this problem

Scores across Wechslet Adult Intelligence (WAIS) is almost normal with a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15 years. WAIS people to be less than 70 is considered mentally retarted if, for example, be applied for social security disability. Avout After the 68-95-99.7 rule, what percentage of adults who are behind this criterion?

Please help for the points because I caught this problem

and 68% of the population between 1 standard deviation from the mean in this case between 85-115. 95% within 2 standard deviations from the mean in this case between 70-130. and 99.7 covered persons 3 devotion in this case, stranded between 55-146.

This means that 95% of the population between 70-130

This means that 5% of the population is under 70 or over 130th

With the normal distribution curve is equal on both sides, so that would mean 2.5% of the population, are considered mentally retarded

μ = 100
σ = 15
P (x \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 70) = P (Z \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; (70-100) / 15)
U0026lt = P (z, -2) = 0.0228
(from the normal probability tables)
2.28%
