I'v tried the Skin-Hair-Nails vitamins for almost a month and does not seem to work. I am black.

I was not impressed by them. But before the regular prenatal vitamins have many great things for me, hair and nails.
They said it takes about 6 months for the difference. Obtained from the DR WHICH IS ON THE RADIO test the product.

What do you use for hair and nails are used, at least three months to see results.Having said that everything you need to do is plan a vitamin-B (exit) take the tablets can also use gelatin. Vitamins help hair and nails, gel nails heathier.The make tablets more. Both can be bought in stores in the vitamin section.
